The controller does not process special categories of personal data and has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
II. Sources and Categories of Processed Data
We obtain data when:
- you fill in a contact form or contact us (email, phone),
- you subscribe to the newsletter (if used),
- you visit our website (technical data).
We mainly process:
- first and last name, email, phone number, address / place of service,
- content of communication related to inquiries and orders,
- information about granted marketing consent,
- technical data (IP address, cookies, logs).
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
Legal basis:
- performance of a contract and order arrangement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- compliance with legal obligations – accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- legitimate interest – website security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- consent – newsletter and marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Purposes: handling inquiries, communication with clients, preparation and execution of orders, accounting and statutory records, website security, sending newsletters and marketing communications based on consent (or so-called soft opt-in for existing customers).
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
IV. Data Retention Period
- order and communication data: 2–5 years,
- accounting documents: 10 years (as required by law),
- technical logs: for the necessary period (usually months),
- marketing / newsletter: until consent is withdrawn, no longer than 5 years.
After the retention period, data are securely deleted or anonymized.
V. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be shared only with the following processors:
- external accountant (billing data),
- web hosting provider / IT administrator (technical data),
- newsletter service provider (if used).
We do not sell personal data and do not transfer them to third parties without a legal basis. Data are not transferred outside the EU unless the selected newsletter service is based outside the EU and complies with GDPR requirements (contractual and technical safeguards).

- right of access to personal data,
- right to rectification,
- right to erasure,
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to object,
- right to withdraw consent at any time (does not affect processing before withdrawal),
- right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
VII. Security of Personal Data
We apply technical and organizational measures: secured computers and storage, strong passwords, antivirus protection, and access limited to authorized persons only.
VIII. Consent and Final Provisions
Consent to receive newsletters/marketing is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time (via a link in the email or using the contact details above). The current version of these principles is published on our website. These principles are effective as of 1.12.2025.
